Lemony edamame spread
WHAT YOU NEED
250 g edamame beans, shelled
1 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp lemon juice
0.5 dl / 0.2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
