WHAT YOU NEED

Sundried tomato white bean hummus
Herby cashew cheese
Beet hummus
Lemony edamame spread
• 2 carrots
• 1 pepper
• ½ cucumber
• 2 polka beets
• 150 g sugar snaps
• 100 g radishes
• Rye crackers

WHAT TO DO

  • Follow the recipes to prepare the spreads. Tip! You can make all spreads the day before.

  • Place your spreads and cheese on the board a little bit spread apart to balance it visually.

  • Slice the vegetables in different shapes and sizes. Cluster the vegetables in small piles on the board.

  • Add crackers, or other tasty bread you prefer.
