Banana peanut smoothie

Creamy smoothie featuring banana slices and peanut butter, offering a delicious and healthy start to the day.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds

  • 2 bananas, frozen

  • 3 dl plant milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 raw banana (optional)

  • 2 tbsp peanuts, salted (optional)

What to do:

  1. If you only have whole flax and chia seeds you can add the seeds to the mixer and pulse a few times until you have a fine seed flour.

  2. Add the frozen banana, plant milk and half the peanut butter into the blender and mix into a smooth consistency.

  3. Top with sliced banana, peanut butter and peanuts or any favorite toppings.
