Banana peanut smoothie

What you need:
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
2 bananas, frozen
3 dl plant milk (e.g. oat or almond milk)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 raw banana (optional)
2 tbsp peanuts, salted (optional)
What to do:
If you only have whole flax and chia seeds you can add the seeds to the mixer and pulse a few times until you have a fine seed flour.
Add the frozen banana, plant milk and half the peanut butter into the blender and mix into a smooth consistency.
Top with sliced banana, peanut butter and peanuts or any favorite toppings.
