Lemony edamame spread

Lemony edamame spread served with crackers and a lemon wedge

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 250 g edamame beans, shelled

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 0.5 dl / 0.2 cup olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

WHAT TO DO

Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor or blender and blend until preferred consistency – do you want a smoother or more chunky texture?
