Beet hummus
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 can chickpeas
2 beets, precooked
1 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 dl / 0.2 cup water
0.5 tbsp salt
Fresh pepper to taste
WHAT TO DO:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning and thickness to your taste.
