Beet hummus

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 2 beets, precooked

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 0.5 dl / 0.2 cup water

  • 0.5 tbsp salt

  • Fresh pepper to taste

WHAT TO DO:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning and thickness to your taste.
