A plate featuring sundried tomato white bean hummus accompanied by fresh cucumber sticks and crunchy crackers.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 can (230 g) large white beans

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 10 sundried tomatoes

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds

WHAT TO DO

Add all ingredients (except for the sesame seeds) into a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes more. If the hummus is too thick, add some extra water. Top with sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve as condiment to a salad, with crackers or vegetables of your choice.
